About this site
Hirundhoo offers vibrant coral reefs teeming with marine life, including reef sharks, turtles, and colorful schools of fish. The site features dramatic drop-offs and overhangs, creating exciting swim-throughs. Visibility is excellent, often exceeding 30 meters, with gentle currents ideal for drift diving. The atoll's nutrient-rich waters attract manta rays and whale sharks seasonally. Soft and hard corals blanket the slopes, providing shelter for critters like nudibranches and moray eels. Warm water temperatures make it suitable for divers of all levels.
