Ilhéu da Mina is a small islet off the coast of Terceira, part of Portugal's Azores archipelago in the mid-Atlantic. The surrounding waters sit within the volcanic underwater terrain typical of the islands, reached by boat from Terceira's coastal towns. Divers here have reported Atlantic chub mackerel, blue jack mackerel, common dolphin, and skipjack tuna passing through the area.
