About this site
This dive site off Terceira features dramatic volcanic rock formations and clear Atlantic waters. Schools of barracuda and triggerfish patrol the area, while moray eels hide in crevices. The underwater topography includes swim-throughs and small caves. Strong currents sometimes occur, making it ideal for drift diving. Depth ranges from 10 to 30 meters, suitable for various experience levels. The site offers excellent visibility, often exceeding 20 meters.
