About this site
Iwai Hama (祝浜) is a boat-dive reef site at Onagawa on the Sanriku coast of Miyagi, with a maximum depth of 15 m and an average around 6–8 m. A free descent is required. The site combines sand and rocky ground, each with its own community of life to observe, and the relatively shallow profile suits beginners.
