About this site
Laem Thien lies off the northeastern coast of Koh Tao, an island in the Surat Thani province of the Gulf of Thailand. The area is a rocky headland with a scattering of granite formations extending underwater, reached by boat from the dive operators based around Koh Tao's main bays.
