About this site

Light House sits near Gili Lawa Laut at the northern end of the Komodo Islands, part of West Manggarai Regency in East Nusa Tenggara, and is typically dived from boats operating out of Labuan Bajo along the channels and reefs fringing the northern Komodo National Park waters. It is a reef dive reaching a maximum depth of around 30 metres, rated intermediate, with light current and great visibility. Manta rays and trevally are regularly encountered here, and divers have also reported leaf scorpionfish, humphead wrasse, nudibranchs, nurse sharks, octopus, snapper, squid, and surgeonfish on the reef.
