About this site
Manta Village (マンタビレッジ) is a boat site about 10 minutes from Kuchinoshima in the Tokara Islands, Kagoshima Prefecture, and the northernmost manta ray site in Japan. Plankton-feeding manta rays are seen from late October to mid-May. The sand is full of garden eels and razorfish. Intermediate level.
