Medadihura

Medadihura lies within Lhaviyani Atoll, one of the natural atolls of the Maldives archipelago, near the island resort of Kanuhuraa. Sites in this part of the atoll are typically reached by dhoni or speedboat from the nearby island and often sit along the atoll's outer reef edges or channel entrances. Divers here have reported blacktip reef sharks and bluefin trevally moving over the reef, along with checkerboard wrasse, zigzag wrasse, threadfin butterflyfish, and tawny hermit crabs among the smaller reef life.
