About this site
Painted Wall lies along Lighthouse Reef, an atoll off the coast of Belize District that also holds the Great Blue Hole and Half Moon Caye. Long Caye sits within this atoll, and the surrounding reef drops off into the deeper water of the Caribbean Sea beyond the barrier.
