About this site
Southwest Cut lies within Lighthouse Reef, an atoll off the coast of Belize District in the barrier reef system east of the mainland. The atoll is best known for the Great Blue Hole nearby, and the surrounding reef features channels and cuts along its rim, this one among them. Southwest Cut reaches a maximum depth of around 24.4 metres.
