About this site
Paradisus is a dive site off Cano Island, within the Cano Island Biological Reserve off Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula, reached by boat from Drake Bay or Uvita. Like other sites around the island, it sits on volcanic rock formations rising from the Pacific seafloor. Divers here have reported bluefin trevally, Cortez rainbow wrasse, guineafowl puffers, king angelfish, Panamic sergeant majors, redlip parrotfish, whitecheek and yellowfin surgeonfish, and whitetip reef sharks.
