About this site
Pescador Island is a dive site located off Moalboal, in the vicinity of Panagsama Beach, Cebu, Philippines, and is considered the standout site among the more than 14 dive spots in the area.
The island's reputation draws divers back repeatedly — local accounts suggest it merits at least four separate dives to do it justice. The verified marine life at Pescador includes large schools of sardines, thresher sharks, and mackerel.
Pescador Island sits a short distance offshore from Panagsama Beach, which is approximately five kilometres from the Moalboal town centre, making it a boat dive from that stretch of coast.
