About this site
Pixie's Pinnacle sits on the Great Barrier Reef off the Queensland coast, in the Ribbon Reefs area northeast of Cairns and Port Douglas, a section of the reef often visited by liveaboards running out to the Cod Hole and Lizard Island stretch. The Ribbon Reefs are known for coral bommies and pinnacle formations rising from the surrounding reef flat, dived mainly by boat given their distance offshore.
