About this site
Pulau Abadi is a small island site within the Lembeh Strait, off the northeastern tip of Sulawesi in Indonesia, close to the city of Bitung. The strait is generally known for its black sand slopes and muck diving sites frequented by dive operators based in the area. This particular site sits over a reef bottom with a maximum depth of around 20 metres and is rated as a beginner dive. Divers have reported angelfish here, along with occasional strong current.
