Punta Sur, also known as Devil's Throat, is a wall dive off the southern tip of Cozumel in Quintana Roo, Mexico. It is known for a swim-through chimney formation that starts around 25 metres and opens onto the sheer drop-off of the island's wall, where divers often see reef sharks, eagle rays, and large groupers along the current-swept edge. Depths run from roughly 25 to 40 metres or more depending on how far along the wall the dive continues, and the combination of depth, the tunnel exit, and Cozumel's typically brisk drift current make it a dive reserved for experienced divers. It is usually accessed by boat from the town of San Miguel de Cozumel.
