Ras el Torfa - Abu Siyal lies along the Red Sea coast of Egypt's Red Sea Governorate (Al Bahr al Ahmar), a stretch of coastline south of Hurghada known for its fringing reefs and offshore dive areas. The site sits along the mainland shore rather than out at one of the region's larger reef systems or islands. It's a reef dive reaching a maximum depth of around 25 metres, rated suitable for beginners. Divers here have reported fusilier, grouper, lionfish, and snapper around the reef.
