Romantic Bay

Romantic Bay sits on Perhentian Kecil, one of the two main Perhentian Islands off the northeast coast of Terengganu in Malaysia, in the South China Sea. It's reached by boat from the jetty areas serving the island's coastal accommodations. Divers here have reported a mix of reef fish including blackeye thicklip, moon wrasse, redbreast maori wrasse, scissortail sergeant, ocellaris anemonefish, eightband butterflyfish, and golden rabbitfish, along with bluespotted fantail rays, small giant clams, and greenfish sea cucumbers on the bottom. Manta ray sightings have also been reported at the site.
