About this site
Tanjung Silayukti, also known as Shark Point, sits off the northeast coast of Bali near Amed and Tulamben, a stretch known for sloping black volcanic sand and rocky points that drop toward the Lombok Strait. Coastal villages along this shoreline serve as launch points for small boats out to nearby reefs and points. It is rated an advanced dive, set in open ocean conditions where strong current can be a factor. Divers have also reported reef sharks passing through the site.
