The Tank Duster M42 is a sunken military vehicle, an anti-aircraft tracked gun, placed off the coast of Aqaba on Jordan's Red Sea shoreline. Aqaba's coast is known for a cluster of intentionally scuttled military wrecks used as dive attractions, positioned along the same stretch as its natural reefs. The site sits in shallow water with a maximum depth of around 8 metres, making it a beginner dive. The Gulf of Aqaba here drops off relatively quickly from shore, and sites in this area are typically reached by short boat trips from the city.
