About this site

The Lost Pinnacle sits among the Ko Ha Yai island group off Krabi in the Andaman Sea, south of Ko Phi Phi in southern Thailand. Boats visiting this cluster of granite islets typically run out of Krabi or nearby Ko Lanta piers. The dive reaches a maximum depth of around 12 metres and is rated advanced, with currents around the pinnacle reported to run vicious at times. Divers here have reported bannerfish, grouper, leopard and zebra sharks, manta rays, octopus, pufferfish, and whale sharks around the structure.
