About this site
Wolf Island sits in the far north of the Galapagos archipelago, isolated from the central islands and reachable only by liveaboard boats on multi-day itineraries. The Rock refers to a dive site along the volcanic shoreline of this remote island, in open Pacific waters known for strong currents and pelagic activity. It runs to a maximum depth of around 20 metres and is rated an intermediate dive. Wolf Island and nearby Darwin Island are the northernmost points of the Galapagos Marine Reserve.
