About this site
Titahi Bay North sits on the western side of the Porirua coastline north of Wellington, facing out into Cook Strait waters on New Zealand's North Island. The bay is a short drive from Porirua city and known locally as a beach and coastal access point along this stretch of the Tasman-facing shore. The reef here is a shallow site, with a maximum depth of around 6 metres, and is rated a beginner dive, making it a straightforward entry point for exploring the rocky coastline.
