About this site
Tinian sits just southwest of Saipan in the Mariana Archipelago, and its coastline offers a mix of fringing reef and drop-off diving typical of the volcanic islands in this part of the western Pacific. Two Coral Heads is reached by boat from the island's harbor area, likely near the leeward western shore where conditions are generally calmer. Divers here have reported bluestreak cleaner wrasse, dusky surgeonfish, fivestripe wrasse, jewel and princess damsels, and lined bristletooth over a reef structure built up with plate and pillar coral.
