About this site
Yurugiishi (ユルギイシ) is a muck-style dive site at Tatsukushi in Tosashimizu, Kochi Prefecture. Colonies of flowerpot coral spread across the site like a meadow. To the west the bottom turns to mud and to the east to sand, and this range of habitats supports a variety of life including shrimp gobies, cardinalfish, crocodile flathead and painted frogfish.
