About this site
Dumunpalit Island lies in the Philippines, roughly off the coast of Mindoro in the area around the Verde Island Passage. The wall here reaches a maximum depth of about 18 metres, runs with light current, and is considered suitable for beginner divers. Divers have reported a wide range of life on the site, including angelfish, barracuda, batfish, clownfish, grouper, parrotfish, seahorse, snapper, trevally, and triggerfish, along with occasional sightings of dugong, manta ray, tuna, and whale shark.
