East Cut lies within Lighthouse Reef Atoll, off Long Caye in the Belize District. This atoll sits well offshore in the Caribbean Sea, east of the Belizean mainland, and is reached mainly by boat from the mangrove cayes or from liveaboards working the outer reefs.
