About this site
Hibo Reef sits off the coast of Oriental Mindoro in the Philippines, in waters known for their reef diving within the Verde Island Passage region. The site reaches a maximum depth of about 21 metres over a reef bottom and is generally considered an intermediate dive. Current can turn strong at times, so it pays to watch conditions before descending. Divers have also reported mackerel and tuna passing through the site.
