Jackfish Alley

Jackfish Alley lies along the Sinai coast near Ras Um Sid, south of Sharm el-Sheikh, on the Red Sea. It's a wall dive over reef bottom, reaching a maximum depth of around 30 metres, with medium current, and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have reported a cavern system worked into the wall here, and barracuda, trevally, triggerfish, and tuna are regularly seen along the site. Anglefish, fusiliers, lionfish, parrotfish, reef sharks, and scorpionfish have also been reported by divers, alongside the more established sightings. The combination of an easy grading with the cavern feature makes it a spot worth taking slowly despite its accessibility.
