About this site
Kagari Oki Wreck (カガリ沖 沈船) is a boat dive at Mikiura in Owase on the Kii Peninsula coast of Mie, ten minutes from the harbour, with a maximum depth of 36 m and an average around 30 m. A 27 m vessel lies on the bottom at 36 m, and the permanent mooring buoy is tied directly to the deck at 33 m. Sweepers, cardinalfish, jacks and chicken grunt school in the wheelhouse and large longtooth grouper are often seen. Current at times, advanced divers only.
