About this site

Three Sisters lies in the Komodo National Park area near Padar Island in West Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, within the strait waters between Komodo and Padar that divers typically reach by boat from Labuan Bajo. The reef here reaches a maximum depth of around 40 metres, with medium current and good visibility, and is rated an intermediate dive. Nudibranchs and surgeonfish are common on the reef, and divers have also reported angelfish, clownfish, fusiliers, sweetlips, trevally, and frogfish among the smaller residents. Larger species have been reported here too, including barracuda, Napoleon wrasse, manta rays, mola mola, and even hammerhead sharks, though these sightings come less consistently than the reef's regular macro life.
