About this site
Double Crevasse (ダブルクレバス) is a boat-dive reef off Yoron Island in Kagoshima Prefecture, about 7 minutes from Chabana harbour, with weak to moderate current. Large and small crevasses and an arch form the topography, with coral and schools of small fish further out. From early spring juvenile fish and cuttlefish eggs appear, and green turtles are often seen along with fusiliers, butterflyfish and angelfish.
