About this site
Anadai (アナダイ) is a reef site 15 minutes by boat from Hahajima in the Ogasawara Islands, Tokyo, with a maximum depth of 16 m. Corals of many kinds spread out like a garden, and reef fish such as painted sweetlips, bluestripe snapper, striped large-eye bream, spangled emperor and fusiliers move through the light, with bigeye and giant trevally dropping in from time to time. There is little current and the site is suitable from beginner level.
