About this site
Hi no Ataru Keikoku (陽のあたる渓谷) is a boat site at Minabe on the Kii Peninsula of Wakayama, with a maximum depth of 30 m. The Kuroshio flows directly onto the site, giving dramatic terrain and a strong chance of large animals, with spotted eagle rays and sea turtles among those seen.
