About this site
Iwa Oki Fish Reef (沖漁礁) is a boat-dive site off Iwa, Manazuru, on the western side of Sagami Bay in Kanagawa, with a maximum depth of 31 m and an average around 25 m, for advanced divers. The site is a house-shaped steel-frame artificial reef sitting on the bottom at 31 m, sunk as a spawning ground for spear squid. In winter ocean sunfish can turn up here, and the depth keeps it to experienced divers.
