About this site
Iwa Triangle (トライアングル) is a boat-dive site off Iwa, Manazuru, on the western side of Sagami Bay in Kanagawa, with a maximum depth of 23 m and an average around 18 m, suitable from beginner level. The site is an artificial reef made from the steel framework used to build the Manazuru road and Iwa bridge, just under 10 m high and 50 m wide. It attracts large fish such as longtooth grouper and sea bass, schools of cardinalfish, jack, chicken grunt and takabe, and plenty of soft coral.
