About this site
Otonashise (音無瀬) is a recently opened lighthouse pinnacle on the west side of Hisakajima in the Kamigoto area of the Goto Islands, Nagasaki Prefecture, dived by boat, ranging from 5 m to a maximum depth of 40 m with an average around 15 m, suitable from novice level. Two consecutive arches at 12 m can be swum through. Large parrotfish live here, along with a giant frogfish of around 30 cm, and other frogfish can be found by searching around the sponges. Water temperature runs 1 to 2 degrees warmer than the other sites, with better visibility.
