About this site
Segaura (瀬が浦) is a dive site in the Makurazaki and Bonotsu area of Kagoshima Prefecture, with a maximum depth of 20 m and an average around 10 m, suitable from beginner level. The inshore section is packed with soft coral and anemones with many anemonefish. Around the offshore reef the topography is bold and fish school densely, and sea turtles are sighted often.
