The Southport Seaway sits at the entrance to the Gold Coast Seaway in Queensland, where the man-made channel walls separate the Broadwater from the Coral Sea. The Western, or Second, Steps refer to one of the rock and boulder step formations along the seaway walls used as a shore or boat dive entry point in this area. It lies close to Southport and the Main Beach precinct on the Gold Coast.
