About this site
Hayakawa Boat (早川 ボート) is a boat-dive site off Hayakawa, Odawara, on the western side of Sagami Bay in Kanagawa, with a maximum depth of 20 m and an average around 18 m, intermediate and above. The site is an artificial reef of concrete blocks sunk on sand, whose gaps shelter schools of small fish and which can draw large pelagics. There is no mooring buoy, so a free descent and a mid-water safety stop are required.
