About this site
Jack Point (ジャックポイント) is a boulder site a two-hour boat run from Chichijima in the Ogasawara Islands, Tokyo, with a maximum depth of 26 m and an average around 14 m. It sits behind Maguro Ana, so dogtooth tuna drift through in ones and twos, and the site lies on a dolphin route that gives occasional encounters. Whitetip reef sharks, fusiliers and island trevally are also seen; current runs here and the site is for advanced divers only.
