Getting Started

How do I search and book a dive?

Use the home page search to set your location and dates. Open a listing to review details and click Book Now. You'll confirm participants and pay securely at checkout. Your booking appears in Profile → My Bookings.

Which payment methods and currencies are supported?

Cards are processed via our providers (Stripe today; regional connectors rolling out). Prices display in the listing's currency (e.g., USD, EUR, IDR). You'll see totals clearly before you pay.

Bookings & Payments

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes—policies vary by provider. See our Booking & Cancellation Policy for refund windows and reschedules.

Where can I see my receipts?

Open Profile → My Bookings to view booking details. Card receipts are also emailed to you after payment.

Account & Profile

Upgrade to Provider (sell services)

Go to Profile → Settings → Account Type, choose Upgrade, then select Professional or Freelance. You can add storefront rules/listings and set settlement details from your profile.

Downgrade to Diver

In Profile → Settings, use Downgrade. Pick Archive to hide provider data or Remove to delete provider artifacts. Your diver profile remains.

Delete my account

In Profile → Settings → Danger Zone click Permanently Delete Account. This removes your profile, owned companies, messages, bookings, and your auth account. This action can’t be undone.

Providers

How do payouts work?

Connect your payout method in Profile → Storefront → Settlement settings. Today we support Stripe Connect; we are rolling out regional connectors with a Wise bridge model where needed.

Create services and availability

Use Storefront Rules to define courses/fun dives, pricing, images, and schedules. Generate listings, then customers can book directly from your profile.

Messaging & Safety

Message providers

Use the Messages page or the floating chat widget to ask questions about services, meeting points, and gear.

Report a safety issue

Review our Safety & Community guidelines and contact us immediately if you experience an issue.
